HMS is located at 1260 Old Alpharetta Rd., just a short distance from our community. Please do not send mail to this address. However, if you need to meet with Anita or Becca to discuss an ACC Application request, please feel free to visit their offices. Calling in advance is suggested, as HMS staff are frequently onsite at client communities, and may not be in the office.

For ACC Form (Architectural Review), click here to view/download Springmonte_ACC_request.doc. ACC request should be sent to Becca. The company's fax number is 770-667-6315. Their mailing address is P.O. Box 2458, Alpharetta, GA 30023-2458. Requests can also be scanned and emailed - but, color chips must be mailed.

Sony launched its new PlayStation Vita on Wednesday. The portable device is geared toward hard-core gamers and offers a lot of new technology. And after a string of tough times at Sony, the company needs this gadget to sell. Sony is trying to distinguish the Vita from the smartphones it's competing against.
African-American Museum Breaks Ground In D.C.
At the groundbreaking on the National Mall on Wednesday, President Obama said the newest Smithsonian museum has been "a long time coming" and will serve "not just as a record of tragedy, but as a celebration of life." The National Museum of African American History and Culture is expected to open in 2015.
Ex-Lacrosse Player Guilty Of 2nd-Degree Murder
Former University of Virginia lacrosse player George Huguely V was convicted Wednesday in the May 2010 slaying of his ex-girlfriend, who also played lacrosse for the university. Jurors rejected a first-degree murder verdict and possible life sentence, instead finding him guilty of second-degree murder, and recommending a 25-year term.
